Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from London.

*UK Shipping
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Estimated delivery time:
2–3 business days after dispatch. 

*International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 3–7 business days
United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

*Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once the package reaches the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

*Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We are a small independent studio and appreciate your patience.

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

The following items cannot be returned:
-Made-to-order items (Ring, CLAIR)
-Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
